Do you accept my insurance?
For most types of insurance, the answer is yes. There are literally thousands of variations of dental insurance, depending on your employer and the insurance carrier. If you’ll give us a call and let us know what insurance you carry, we’ll be happy to give you more specific information about your individual coverage. As we formulate a treatment plan together with you, we’ll always estimate what portion you can expect your insurance to reimburse.
While our experienced team members create the estimate, please understand that your insurance company will make the final determination, and we can never guarantee how they will pay your claim.
What are my payment options?
Payment is required at the time of service. We accept personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. For larger cases, we offer Springstone Patient Financing. Springstone is a well established name in patient financing, and can match a payment plan to your specific financial and dental needs. Visit their website for more information and to apply online.
What do I do if I have a dental emergency after hours?
Your dental health and comfort are our primary concern. We understand that emergencies rarely happen at a convenient time. For patients of record, simply call our main phone number at (321) 259-4666 and emergency contact information will be provided.
Dental visits make me nervous. Is this normal?
Many people avoid dental care or even put it off completely because of fear, stress, or anxiety. Dr. Rose and our team want you to be completely comfortable when you visit out office. We are sensitive to the needs of fearful patients, and will work with you in developing a plan to address and overcome your dental concerns. Through a caring, practical approach, we'll help you find peace of mind about visiting our office for a dental visit. We also offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) and oral sedation during procedures to help patients relax.
